  1. Thanks, Wendy, for sharing these lovely photos. I’ve seen most in my backyard this spring but am especially impressed by the male house finch mating song. It’s much more elaborate than the song in SoCal.

  4. During this pandemic and having just traveled from Costa Rica, I have become a backyard bird enthusiast. My favorite is the Western Tanager and have some very nice fotos shot right from my downstairs bedroom window. So much joy in the watching.
